摘要
The complex resistivity method plays an important role in exploration of minerals, oil and gas. In order to better understand the variation law of the electromagnetic field with complex structure for the complex resistivity method, we introduce the Cole-Cole model into the electromagnetic equation. Then we use the adaptive finite element method based on an unstructured grid to simulate the responses of electric dipole 2.5D complex resistivity. We adopt this method, because it can simulate the complex terrain and underground structure, and the forward modeling results are more consistent with actual geological conditions. We compare our results with both the analytical results and those from the literature. It is verified that the algorithm is accurate. Based on the complex geoelectric model, we analyze the influence of terrain, induced polarization parameters and geoelectric structure on the electromagnetic field in the complex resistivity method by forward modeling.
