摘要
This paper proposes PV-based multiple-input single-output DC-DC Luo converter for critical load application. In this proposed work, the converter is simulated with PID controller and fuzzy logic controller, and the simulation results are analyzed. From the simulation results, the best performance is obtained from the fuzzy controller design. The two types of fuzzy logic controller are used for the proposed research, one for mode selection based on source strength and another for control the output voltage irrespective of changes in input and output load variation. The voltage-lift technique employed in this circuit converts the low DC input voltage to a high DC voltage with low ripple and high efficiency based on pulse-width modulated (PWM) control technique by controlling duty cycle. An integration of PV, grid, and backup battery storage device ensures the continuity and reliability of the power supply to the critical loads.
