摘要
Global environmental changes such as global warming, anomalous climatic changes, desertification and others are facing urgently to mankind. They cause serious problems on agricultural productivity in Asian countries. To mitigate agricultural disasters, establishment of monitoring system is very important. In this study, we developed methodology of drought detection for agriculture and in case of China 2000 drought, extreme affected area in Nei-Mongol and Liaoning region were identified. The drought detection method is extraction of anomalous NDVI variance from time-series NDVI. AVCI is useful index for detecting anomalous NDVI variance. And time-series filtering, such as LMF processing is very useful for creating standard time-series NDVI.
