摘要：

The present paper analyses the evolution of the enterprise in an environment, plagued by economic-financial crisis and therefore highly expected to remain on the market.. The main factors of influence over the economic risk of the enterprise, calculated according to the break-even threshold, are being identified By using these results, profitability indicators of the enterprise are presented and due to a numerical-based example, the services portfolio of an economic agent is calculated and classified. In the last part of the present paper, in a significant case study for the scientific work, the structure of a services portfolio of an enterprise during economic-financial crisis is to be studied. After this prospective study, a services structure is therefore generated so as to maintain the income volume for the enterprise which obliges however the economic agent to a major restructuring of his activity by efficiently using his production capacity.
