Research on the dye-sensitized solar cell module

摘要
We have investigated experimentally the effect of series resistance to the dye-sensitized solar cell, and found a very effective way to improve the performance of the dye-sensitized solar cell. We have obtained a photo-electric conversion efficiency of 6.89% with the strip cell (active area:0.8 x 18 cm(2)), and 5.7% with the module( 15 x 20 cm). It is an encouraging step forward in the research on the dye-sensitized solar cell module, and it may provide the theoretical basis as well as experimental data for future applications.
