摘要：
As the basic knowledge of international comparison of background law for criminal DNA database, the internet investigation of general background and real status of criminal DNA database in some countries was carried out.The condition of maintenance of data and subjects as registered crime have been depend on each country and some points were reflected to the difference of background laws for criminal DNA database among countries.
