摘要：
The corporate governance structure is the core of modern enterprise system. There are many problems on the governance of listed companies in China. In order to better improve the competitiveness in the fierce competition, the companies should gradually improve the internal governance structure to meet with the international community. This paper uses the data of listed companies from 2002 to 2006 to research the trends of internal governance features and the results show that there are still many drawbacks for the internal governance.
