摘要：
Spinal deformity in children with cerebral palsy is common. The incidence is higher with spasticity, inversely proportionate to the level of ambulation. Scoliosis is commonty associated with significant pelvic obliquity, which decreases sitting tolerance, and causes pain from pelvic impingement on the thorax.
