TEACHING ENGINEERING IN THE EUROPEAN HIGHER EDUCATION AREA

摘要
In this paper, we report on the methodologies used in the teaching-learning process of a subject in a career of engineering, in order to follow the objectives of the Bologna Declaration. A more active and independent attitude of the students in their learning process is pursued, through the use of the critical thinking and the reflection processes. Because of the very recent establishment of the new education system, the students are still not used to the new scenario, and the change in the methodologies should be progressive. The continuous evaluation as a tool to lead their progress is also included.
