摘要：
With the improvement of the level of information and rapid development of network technology, SaaS has been widely recommended as a kind of software service. And SaaS application services are widely used in various areas. The thesis mainly introduces the related technology and analysis method in the application of E-government in the SaaS system, and the design of architecture of the SaaS E-government system.
