The Empirical Study on the Relationship Between Corporate Citizenship Action and Competitive Advantage: Based on PLS-SEM

摘要
The subject is a causal model of exploratory research for good corporate citizenship. Based on the 117 questionnaires and interviews in China's economically developed on eastern coastal areas about I I provinces and cities high-tech manufacturing and industries, we reviewed the literature about corporate citizenship in the West Country and non-market strategy entrepreneurship. Through the use of partial least squares (PLS) of the structural equation model (SEM) we show a situation in the Chinese entrepreneurs with the ability to conduct a good corporate citizen. There is the effect of regulation, a system of social entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs and businesses of civic responsibility to play an important status and functions of corporations and citizens to conduct business performance and enhance the competitive advantage to maintain a positive relationship through entrepreneurship competence. From the social point of interaction with the business, it will be a good corporate citizenship as business strategies reflect the entrepreneurs to rely on government resources and the role of alternative relationship.
