Study on Theory of Real-Time Dynamic Scheduling Optimization under the Drive of Construction Resource

摘要
Based on the mutually influencing and restrictive relationship between construction resource and schedule, taking account of limited resource and fixed duration, from the aspect of intelligently realizing resource and schedule optimization by the computer management information system (CMIS), brought forward Real-time Dynamic Scheduling Optimization under the Drive of Construction Resource(RDSODCR). It analyzed the mechanism, initialized condition, criterion and model of RDSODCR. The initialized condition included integrative coding, resource scheduling statistic of contract duration and statistical period; the criterion included choosing condition of excellent or bad to adjust and optimize; the model included primal and real-time resource scheduling adjustment. This theory was one of effective methods of intelligently realizing resource/schedule optimization, especially resource statistic of contract duration and statistical period, setting limited resource according to the state of construction and resource supplying, choosing adjustment object to optimization.
