Research on the Building Model of Automobile EIP in Jilin Province

The paper's theme is in methods and practice in planning a urban environment and energy. The automobile industry is the pillar industry in Jilin Province, to study the building model of automobile EIP will be beneficial to resolve the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection and realize the development of circular economy. The research is taking the theories of sustainable development and circular economy as the guiding ideology, using cleaner production, life cycle assessment, industrial metabolizeand management information system as the technological methods. Through cleaner production at the enterprise level, construction of the cco-industrial demonstration parks at regional level, the ecological industrial network will be set up in combination the physical EIPs with the virtual ones. Based on the actual situation of various areas as well as their demonstrative and leading effects, the EIPs should be distributed rationally to avoid redundant construction. To build the automobile EIP will not only hEIP to set up a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, but also establish a close correlation among the enterprises by forming the network of multi-level use of resources and energy. So it will achieve good social, economic and environmental benefits.
