Research on Firm Resource-Based Competitive Advantage

Competition principle is to "Select the superior and eliminate the inferior, the survival of the fittest" (citation). Competitive Advantage (CA) is the cornerstone and source of the survival and development of firm, firm resources are the basis of CA. This paper takes for that physical resources are the basis of the survival and development of firm. Intangible resources are built on the basis of physical resource, firm capabilities are built on the basis of physical and intangible resources. CA is built on firm resources. Therefore, obtaining and nurturing firm resources are the best way that firm builds competitive advantage.
