摘要
Education of postgraduate the advanced stage of the contemporary education, of which the basis is the cultivation of innovative ability. Having studied journal papers, doctors' and masters' papers as well as international (domestic) conference papers related to the postgraduate student innovation ability in recent 5 years by the method of Bibliometrics, this paper has carried on a systematic analysis of the present situation, questions and causes of postgraduate students' innovation ability training, and has put forward the countermeasures from the following aspects: cultivating independent learning ability and research techniques of postgraduate students, improving the condition of postgraduate education and promoting methods and means of postgraduate education. Postgraduate education is the highest level of education in our country, the core of which is to cultivate innovative ability of postgraduates. Understanding the current domestic and international situation of postgraduates' innovative ability cultivation helps our country to further improve and strengthen our education. The current domestic situation is not ideal according to The Comprehensive Research of Postgraduate Education in Our Country, which shows: more than half of supervisors (53%) and nearly half of the administrative staff (47%) think that innovation ability of postgraduates is bad and even worse, 30% of the supervisors and 31% of the administrative staff think PhD students' innovation ability is in the same condition while employers think 68% of postgraduates have bad innovation ability. How to improve postgraduate student's innovation ability is a key problem in the postgraduate student education. The author searched CNKI for journal papers related to postgraduate students' innovation ability in recent five years (2012-2017), involving 497 papers in total, which includes 15 masters theses and 8 international (domestic) conference papers. Based on the study of relevant literature, this paper has carried on a systematic analysis of the present situation, questions and causes of, postgraduate students' innovation ability training, and puts forward some countermeasures with pertinence to provide reference suggestions for postgraduate students' innovation ability training.
