摘要
Lactobacillus paracasei SRCM 208836 biomass showed high Congo red (CR) dye biosorption capacity. The characterizations of the Lactobacillus paracasei SRCM 208836 were performed by phylogenetic analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and point of zero charge (pH(pzc)). The strain removed 86.2% of the CR dye within 780 min. Optimum biosorption conditions were investigated by varying the pH (2.1-10.3), cell biomass (0.01-0.09 g), and initial concentration (20-280 mg L-1), respectively. The kinetic result showed a pseudo-second-order and intra-particle diffusion model well fitted. Moreover, Lactobacillus paracasei SRCM 208836 showed alleviation of the CR dye toxicity on the growth of Brassica juncea.
