Medical image processing in collaboration with medical researchers -Imaging and image processing of cardiovascular disease dynamic images

We have been developing a lot of medical image applications in collaboration with medical researchers during the COE program period. In this article, we will introduce three of our applications briefly. Title of each topics are, "Image based retrospective cardiac gating and spatio temporal image mosaicing of CAG", "Myocardial perfusion mesurrements from CAG", and "Registration of preoperative 3-D CT with intraoperative fluoroscopic 2-D image segunce". All these topics are related to dynamic image processing of cardiovascular disease images.
