摘要：
This work aims to carry out a study, from the procedural sphere, about the divorce processes in which gender violence is present. Said in depth, with our work we intend to develop a critical analysis on the incidence of gender-based violence in these processes and the use of those instruments established with the purpose of achieving the protection of the victims of that violence. We proceed to do so through the integration and dissertation of those aspects, in the form of a relationship, that are key in the divorce process in order to safeguard the interests that are affected in the family context, with particular attention to minor children, as a consequence of the irruption of gender-based violence.
