The Analysis of Shandong Express Industry Based on SCP Analysis Paradigm

With the development of electronic commerce, Taobao is emerging and express industry is prospering. Express delivery industry has a great role for promoting economic development and stimulating employment promotion. Therefore, by promoting the healthy and orderly development of express industry can serve as a growth point to promote the development of the economy. Shandong Province as a populous province of China, its economic development occupies an important position in the whole country. Shandong has responsibility in the aspect of promoting the development of the national express industry. In this paper, under the SCP theory of industrial organization, the express industry in Shandong market structure, market conduct and market performance are analyzed, and then according to the analysis of the problems existing in the development of express industry and thus put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of express industry in Shandong Province, and expect to promote the healthy and orderly development of express industry.
