摘要
This paper deals with results of Rogers' Diffusion of Innovation Theory which was applied on Czech primary school teachers. The main objective was to gel a deeper insight in teachers' attitudes to innovations, particularly the implementation of ICI into the primary education. Having categorized the respondents (N=167) into groups of Innovators, Early adopters, Early majority, Late majority and Laggards, semi-structured interviews were conducted with two teachers representing each category. Recordings were transcribed and results are presented in the paper. They show higher occurrence of Innovators within the sample, which could work as a strong precondition in further pre-service and in-service teacher training.
