摘要：
CSIRO's oxidation catalysts were tested with various pulping effluents from a kraft pulp mill with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the catalysts for organics, colour and odour destruction. The catalysts were also tested for oxidation of sulfide in green liquor. The catalysts proved to be very effective, under very mild conditions, providing >90% colour and odour removal for most of the pulp mill waste streams.
