Behavior of the travelling standards in the international comparisons of DC Voltage Ratio

摘要：
Two international comparisons of DC Voltage Ratio up to 1000 V have been started. Unexpected difficulties when directly comparing at high voltage the travelling divider with a reference divider were reported and investigated. From the control measurements at the pilot laboratory (IEN), information about the behavior of the travelling standards in the comparisons can be drawn.
