摘要
A titanium nitride nanoparticles(TiN ) modified carbon paste electrode was prepared to detect penicillin. The effects of the mass ratio of titanium nitride to graphite, electrode area, pH value and concentration of the buffer solution on the detection of penicillin were studied. With the optimized conditions, the electrode offered a minimum detection limit of 2x10(-5) mol/L and a linear dynamic range of 4x10(-5)-3. 2x10(-3) mol/L. Moreover, the detection mechanism was an adsorption action, which was revealed by the zeta potential and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy characterizations. Overall, the TiN modified carbon paste elec. trode shows good stability, high selectivity, excellent repeatability and a promising application in penicillin detection.
