In this paper, we analyze the discursive representations "of himself" constructed by the former president of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, while judged in the interrogation of the triplex case. The former President Lula was accused by the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office of being the owner of a triplex-type flat, acquired through an alleged corruption scheme. Throughout the process, the former president had the opportunity to present his defence to the federal judge Sergio Moro, arguing in favour of his innocence and clarifying the facts that are the basis of the accusation. We adopted as theoretical perspective the Textual Linguistics (LT), with a focus on Textual Analysis of Discourses (TDA), with emphasis on the semantic category of Discursive Representation (Rd). For this, we are supported by Adam (2011), Rodrigues et al. (2010), Rodrigues et al. (2012), Queiroz (2013), among others. As methodology, we used the deductive method and the qualitative approach of descriptive and interpretive nature, which enabled the description and the interpretation of the corpus' data, seeking to understand the meanings built in the co(n)text. The Rd of the prosecuted former president Lula was analysed through the semantic categories of referetiation, predication and modification. In our results, it was possible to verify that the former president constructs Rd of himself as judged by justice, through the criminal process, and judged by the people, through the electoral political process.
