摘要：

The work explores the development of trade with China by the largest joint stock monopolistic Russian-American Company in the Russian Empire. It is based on an extensive range of sources and literature with an emphasis.on the main items traded and the reasons for the decrease and collapse of this trade resulting in the changing position of Russia in the Asia Pacific region.
