摘要
In the newly developed beer fermentation control system, due to the highly requirements of the control system scale and control precision, some new techniques and advanced processing methods have to be adopted. In this paper, an intelligent field network controller based on LonWorks has been designed. The controller implements the real time control to the beer fermentation temperature by using of Mamdani Fuzzy control algorithm. The algorithm was written in Neuron C programme, and being embedded in the intelligent network controller. With the frizzy optimal control strategy, it solves the controlling problem of the long time delay systems such as the beer fermentation system. The experimental results show that the system can obtain better controlling effect.
