Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment Method in Evaluation of Risk Value of High-tech Industrialization

摘要
The risk of high-tech industrialization is objective and all-round. It includes systematic risk and nonsystematic risk. We should systematically understand all risk factors and effectively evaluate them. This paper divides the risk of high-tech industrialization into 3 levels and 21 indices through the establishment of risk index system. By means of expert survey, each index is endowed with weighting, and the risk value is quantified through fuzzy comprehensive judgment method.
