摘要
An algorithm based an the method of lines for the analysis of multilayered planar anisotropic structures is described. The layers mag have different heights and widths and their permeabilities and permittivities can vary in lateral direction, The variation in vertical direction can be modelled with a sufficient number of layers with different material parameters, With the field and impedance/admittance transfer algorithm suggested a numerically stable algorithm is obtained, An arbitrary metallization can be inserted between the layers. A suitable impedance/admittance transfer formula from one side of the metallization to the other is proposed and substantiated.
