SYNERGISTIC EFFECTS OF BIO-FERTILIZERS AND AMINO ACIDS SPRAY ON YIELD OF TOMATO FRUITS UNDER PLASTIC HOUSE CONDITIONS

摘要
The study was conducted during the period from September 2019 to June 2020 in one of the greenhouses belonging to the research fields in the Department of Horticulture and Landscaping, College of Agriculture, University of Anbar to investigate the effect of bio fertilizers: T-0 (50% of recommended NPK), T-1 (100% of recommended NPK), T-2 ( Myco. + 50% of recommended NPK), T-3(Azot.+ 50% of recommended NPK), T-4(Bacil.+ 50% of recommended NPK), T-5 (Myco.+ Azot.+ Bacil.) + 50% of recommended NPK. The second factor included spraying with amino acids solution at four levels: A0 (Control), A1 (0.25 g.l(-1)), A2 (0.5 g.l(-1)) and A3 (0.75 g. l(-1)) on yield of tomato"Newton F1" under greenhouse conditions. Various fruit and yield parameters viz., number of flower clusters per plant, number of flowers per cluster, fruit set, number of fruits per plant, average fruit weight, and yield per plant, TSS, vitamin C and lycopene. The performance of microorganism inoculants and amino acids spray were evaluated individually and in combination with each other in contrast to control for screening the best treatment. The results revealed that all bio-fertilizers and amino acids proved superior to control especially T-5 and A3 which improve various traits, quality and yield attributes.
