摘要
Aiming at the insufficiency of Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) routing protocol that cluster-head nodes distribution is uneven in the space and cluster-head nodes consume excessive energy in the process of long-distance data transmission, this paper proposes A Routing Protocol Improvement Based on Clusters for Large-scale Wireless Sensor Networks, which adopts the methods of cluster-head selection based on zone and multiple hops data transmission among clusters. The optimization number of the cluster-head nods in the wireless sensor network is calculated on mathematic model. The back nodes for each cluster-head node are selected on the given regulation. The method that cluster-head node is switched to some back node is managed by on a special queue. The leafage nodes only send fantastic data and their state data to themselves cluster-head node. The result of data fusion by each cluster-head node is sent to sink node. The method is effective to balance the energy-consuming among clusters, decrease the collision and prolong the network lifetime.
