摘要
According to Rosstat, in rural regions, the average occupancy of primary schools is 6-11 students, in incomplete secondary schools - 36-72, secondary schools - 100-148 students. These data are typical for any part of Russia. The decrease in the number of schoolchildren, and thus the development of a modern small rural school, especially in mountainous regions, is primarily associated with demographic jumps, the departure of the rural population abroad, rapid urbanization. The demographic decline of the mountainous rural population of Russia from 2003 to 2020 is more than 300 thousand people (about 60% of rural residents emigrated abroad), which led to a decrease in a significant number of schools. Undoubtedly, the weakness of the material base, insufficient staffing of small schools, and the remoteness of most villages from administrative centers are a hindering factor in the development of new-type institutions in rural areas of mountainous regions. That is why it becomes impossible to use innovative multimedia learning technologies here.
