摘要
With the rapid growth of China, many problems occur or become apparent. Most notable among these are the widening gaps among social groups and regions, environmental degradation, resource scarcity and employment pressure. It is evident that such growth has left out a large proportion of people who are unable to access or benefit from the opportunities. Thus, it is urgent to clarify the theoretical framework of inclusive development and to reconstruct the current innovation system through the reinforcement of institutional innovation and the shift of innovation model. Only by doing so, can inclusive, sustainable and balanced development be realized.
