摘要：

It is the hotspot of academic research for the relevance of the senior executives' pay and corporate performance of the listed companies. This paper chooses the annual report data of the listed companies of china in 2007 and 2008 and analyzes the relationship among the senior executives' pay, educational qualifications and corporate performance of the listed companies. The results show that the pay of the senior executives and the corporate performance have eminent positive correlation, and the educational qualifications of the highest senior executives and the corporate performance don't have eminent relation.
