摘要
In fifth generation (5G) and later systems (B5G/6G), the use of massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) with numerous antennas at the base station has drawn significant attention. However, the hardware scale of this method increases as the number of antennas increase. To solve this problem, we propose a technique to realize a virtual massive MIMO (VM-MIMO), with a single receiver. In this study, we show the effectiveness of the VM-MIMO in a 5G environment using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) by computer simulation based on ray trace calculations.
