摘要
HAZOP (Hazard and Operability study) is one of the most popular PHA methods. However, manual HAZOP is inefficient and time-wasting. For large scale complex system, it is hard for safety engineers to analysis all potential hazards in short term. Although a lot kinds of computer aided HAZOP software are,available in market now, they are mainly used as supporting tools. of. manual HAZOP by recording result or query material data from database. The core of HAZOP, e.g. reasoning, is still done by human. As a kind of deep knowledge model, SDG (signed directed. graph) can efficiently represent structure and relationships between components of complex system in a format of graph. Based on iteration and reasoning through SDG model; We proposed a novel computer automating HAZOP, which can largely improve efficiency and completeness of HAZOP. In order to, get credible SDG model, a systematic modeling procedure is recommended at the same time. This new technique not only overcome many shortages of manual HAZOP, but also is totally different from common-used computer aided HAZOP software since reasoning is done-by computer automatically. In order to-demonstrate this new PHA method, a 65t/h Boiler's SDG-HAZOP example is provided, and the comparison with manual HAZOP is presented at the end of this paper.
