摘要：

Nitrogen oxide is an important traffic pollution. Nitrogen oxides have been chosen as an indicator substance for estimating the concentration of the urban plume. According to the recent study, the finding that blood methaemoglobin was inversely correlated with sperm parameters indicates that nitrogen oxide adversely affect semen quality. In this paper, the author reports the level of methemoglobin among traffic policemen in Bangkok. The high level implies for sexual fertility in subjects men occupationally exposed to traffic.
