Shear rolling and recrystallization textures of interstitial-free steel sheet

摘要
Interstitial-free steel sheet was deformed by multilayered rolling at 700 degrees C to obtain the shear and plane strain deformation textures in its surface and center layers, respectively. The main component of the shear texture was {110}< 001 >, the Goss texture, while the plane strain deformation texture was alpha and gamma fibers. When the surface and center layer specimens were annealed at 750 degrees C for 1 hr, the Goss texture of surface layer remained almost unchanged, while the center layer underwent a texture change to gamma fiber. The shear texture result has been discussed based on the maximum energy release model.
