Collaborative industrial agglomeration is not only conducive to innovation development, but also has environmental effects. In this paper, the threshold effect model is adopted, and the degree of collaborative agglomeration of Internet and high-tech industry is taken as the threshold variable. The purpose is to investigate the threshold characteristics of collaborative agglomeration of Internet and high-tech industry on green innovation. The study found that industrial collaborative agglomeration is very conducive to the development of green innovation. After crossing the threshold of certain co-agglomeration level, the marginal effect begins to decline, and the green innovation effect of collaborative agglomeration has been decreased. In general, the collaborative agglomeration of Internet and high-tech industry has great development space at present. Promoting the collaborative agglomeration and development of the two industries is conducive to the development of green innovation.
