摘要：
Based on the current practice on China's automobile industry supply chain, through analyzing the host-guest elements and the interaction of supply chain, with the idea of Lean and Precision, this paper set up a Lean-Precision Supply Chain Integrated Cost Model to pursuit the balance of customer satisfaction and supply chain operational costs, with which the architecture and operation of Lean-Precision Supply Chain System of Automobile Industry were putout.
