摘要
The paper deals with the issue of customer satisfaction, criterions of quality in chosen company that provides the bus transport service. For the study the particular areas were chosen on order to evaluate the quality perception of passengers. The paper also described the single criterions and evaluation of passengers. Based on the survey results there are proposed the recommendation for increasing the customer satisfaction.
