摘要：
Pulmonary complications are among the most frequently encountered sequelae of pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Non-infectious cornplications are becoming increasingly more common in this unique population. This review addresses the diagnosis and management of non-infectious rnanifestations of lung disease in pediatric HSCT patients and briefly discusses the long-term pulmonary function of childhood HSCT survivors.
