Study and development of big bulldozer work equipment computer aided analysis and design system

摘要
Work equipment is an important work component of bulldozer. It is very complicated to analyze and design the work equipment. Under Chinese Windows 95 platform, the event driving visual program design language Visual Basic and database language Microsoft Access are employed, a Big Bulldozer Work Equipment Computer Aided Analysis and Design System (BBWECAAD) is developed with Modular Programming Method. The design conception, structures and functions of the system are discussed. The kinematics analysis, dynamics analysis, tilt analysis and blade curved wall analysis for the work equipment are completed successfully, and some relative parameters characteristic curves are drawn in this system. The application examples show that the design results in this system agree well with the sample design index, and the system can be used to design and develop new products for the factory designers.
