摘要
The title compound was synthesized and analysed by X-ray diffraction. The difference of ortho-substituents resulted in the great difference in conformation and their herbicidal activity. Compared with the crystal structures of herbicidal sulfonurea, the same structure-activity relationship as that of sulfonurea can be found in sulfonamides, which indicated that this two kinds of herbicides might have the same binding site on ALS.
