All-optical ultra-wideband doublet generation and non-degraded transmission over optical fiber

摘要
We demonstrate all-optical ultra-wideband doublet pulse generation by single SOA and 1 km SMF. The doublet pulses are transmitted over 5km SMF by dispersion compensation without degradation. The pulse shape modulation is also shown. (C) 2009 Optical Society of America
