摘要：
The CPC Central Committee puts forward to "implement the strategy of innovation-driven development" as a national development strategy. Strengthening the cultivation of students' scientific and technological innovation ability is the responsibility and task of higher education institutions. From the perspective of student association's participation in scientific and technological innovation ability, this paper discusses the construction of college student associations' innovative ability, and explores the types of student association and their status quo as well as the methods of cultivating college students' innovative capacity in science and technology.
