摘要：
On the basis of Elman neural network, this paper establishes a predicting model of the urban registered unemployment rate and further constructs an accurate model of the unemployment rate of different regions. With the help of the nntool toolbox, the unemployment rates of different regions are classified, which is conductive to the observation and analysis of the regional characteristics of the unemployment rate.
