摘要：

In this paper first we give some definitions, examples and theorems on hyperK-algebras, which are needed to state and prove the main theorem of manuscript. In this main theorem we show that there are only 11 non-isomorphism hyperK-algebras of order 3 with simple condition, such that they have just one proper positive implicative hyperK-ideal of type 3. Finally we give two open problems.
