With the development of both mobile telecom technology and Internet, mobile E-business is becoming the focus all the world as a new business model. Mobile E-business has a lot of advantages over traditional E-business, and it has a large number of potential customers, also including the largest mobile telecom market in China. We should take more targeted steps in market strategy, in order to improve the development of Chinese mobile E-business all-round, before we have realized the stage of our mobile E-business market. This paper first introduced the characteristics of mobile E-business, and then the status of it in China. The most important part is that we used a method based on SWOT to analyze the industry of mobile E-business, pointed out the problem of it and make some preparation for further study in the coming future.
