Scattering of the Dirac particle by a Coulomb plus scalar potential in two dimensions

摘要：
The scattering of the two-dimensional Dirac particle by the Coulomb potential V-c = -A(1)/r plus the scalar one Vs = -A(2)/r is studied. The phase shifts are obtained exactly. The special case A(1) = A(2) is also discussed. We find that a very interesting feature of the cross section alpha (theta) for the special case A(1) = A(2) is symmetrical with respect to the scattering angle theta = pi. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V.
