摘要
This article presents results from a training course for teachers of the municipal network of Coronel Freitas, Santa Catarina. The course occurred remotely due to the SARS-Cov-2 pandemic, in November 2020. This experience highlighted the importance of continuing education of teachers in the basic education network, in terms of innovative practices and the use of technological resources. Moreover, mainly to the challenges imposed by the pandemic, the experience showed the difficulties and the importance of working with appropriate technological equipment that allows the teacher to develop a work with quality and tranquility. For this to happen, investments are needed to insure that teachers are properly valued and that the schools have adequate infrastructure.
